Custom Solution:
Our team designed interactive activities featuring two local cancer support charities to engage attendees throughout the reception space. Conference attendees created tie-dye bandannas for childhood cancer patients as part of a Chemoduck care package (www.chemoduck.org, "Providing comfort and companionship through play therapy to children and families facing the challenges of cancer treatment.").

Attendees also learned to Hula Hoop with "Hooping for Hope" a program that provides hula hoops and lessons for breast cancer survivors. The client purchased Chemoducks and Hula Hoops to be donated to cancer patients and survivors, which supports the charity programs as well as the individuals they serve.

Playing By Air's performers joggled (running + juggling) in the on-site Charity 5k race the following morning, adding an additional element of creativity and fun to the client's social responsibility efforts.

Our charity partners and creative engagement activities blended perfectly with the client's mission to improve community health and support the local community where the events are held.
